Electrical faults, fixed fast.

No power? Circuits keep tripping? A shower that’s stopped working? Whatever’s gone wrong, our qualified electricians will get to the bottom of it and fix it safely.

HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS

Real electrical expertise.

You’re not just calling someone out to fix your electrics — you’re choosing a specialist.

Our NICEIC-registered electricians have the knowledge and experience to diagnose faults properly, not just patch over the symptom.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens when I book a repair?

Once your repair is booked, we’ll arrange for one of our qualified electricians to attend and investigate. You will be given a morning or afternoon timeslot and get a text message/email when the electrician is on the way.

They’ll diagnose the fault, explain what’s causing it and talk you through the options before carrying out any repair. Most electricians carry the parts they might need in their van. For the rest, we’ll give you a quote before ordering anything in.

WHY CHOOSE US?

We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high quality services, every time.

GOOD TO KNOW

Good to know before you book

Here are a few things worth knowing ahead of your repair:

We may need to order some parts

Our engineers may be able to fix the issue then and there, and if not, they’ll write up a quote and make sure you’re happy to go ahead before ordering any required parts.

Safety comes first

If something’s genuinely dangerous — sparking, burning, or a shock risk — turn off the power using the fuse box and call our team

A little prep helps on the day

Where possible, make sure your engineer can easily reach the affected area

Had to call Blue Flame out a week ago to fix a leak we had. We aren't on a service contract so we were delighted that they were able to get an Engineer come out to us that same day. Really happy with the service that Callum G provided. Friendly and thorough. Would recommend 👍🏼. Thanks very much!

Frequently asked questions

Still got questions about electrical repairs? Take a look at our most common questions or talk to us if you need more help.

If a socket’s shown any sign of a fault, don’t use it until an engineer’s checked it. Give us a call and we’ll advise based on what you’re seeing.

We will book you in for our next available engineer appointment. We will always aim to get to you as soon as we can.

If you’re at all unsure, the safest option is to turn off the power at the consumer unit and call our emergency line. We’d rather you check with us than take a risk.

There could be a number of reasons. An engineer will do a full assessment to determine what the problem is.
