No, a CP12 is specifically the gas safety check and certificate. Boiler servicing is separate, but we can arrange both if you’d like to stay on top of compliance and maintenance.
We work with you or your property manager to arrange access directly with your tenant, coordinating around their availability wherever possible.
Gas Safety Inspections are dependant on how many appliances need testing. We would usually allow 1-1.5 hours
