Stay compliant, without the hassle.
An EICR isn’t just a box to tick off, it’s how you demonstrate your rental property’s electrics have been properly inspected and maintained.

LANDLORDS
Compliance you can’t afford to miss.
As a landlord, you have legal responsibilities around the electrical safety of rented properties. Keeping your EICR up to date is how you demonstrate that — missing a required inspection can leave you exposed to enforcement action, financial penalties, and genuine safety risks.
