Failed your EICR? We’ll sort it, fast
If your EICR has flagged issues — usually safety or regulation-related — we’ll carry out all the remedial work needed and provide the certificate to verify it, so your property stays compliant.

LANDLORDS
Don’t let a failed EICR become a bigger problem
EICR remedial works are a legal requirement and should be completed within 28 days of your EICR test. We work with you to get everything sorted within that window. You’ll receive all the certificates you need for your compliance records, so you have one less thing to worry about.

COMMON EICR FINDINGS
What usually gets flagged?
The most common issues range from faulty wiring, unsafe fuse boxes, loose connections, and overloaded circuits, to missing RCD protection, damaged sockets, and outdated bonding.
Not every finding means a fail — only issues classed as dangerous or potentially dangerous do. Less serious observations are simply noted as recommendations for improvement. Our engineers will advise you on what work needs to be done.
