Solar panel installation done right.

Whether you’re cutting your energy bills, upgrading an old system, or fitting panels for the first time, our MCS-accredited engineers make sure your new system is assessed, connected, and fully tested, before handing it back to you.

HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS

Get it right, not just running

It’s easy to make solar panels generate power. It’s harder to make sure that power is being generated safely and the system is set up correctly. That’s why we check everything’s wired properly, run the full set of tests, and explain clearly if we find any issues, rather than just making the job look finished.

Installation starts with a visit from one of our surveyors. They’ll take measurements, look at the existing system, and discuss your requirements. Then send a full quotation within a few days.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens on installation day?

Once you’re booked in, our MCS-accredited engineer fits the panels onto your roof, runs the cabling, and installs the inverter, before connecting everything into your home’s electrics and carrying out the full set of tests. You’ll get a full handover once everything’s checked, working, and ready to go.

Our admin team will also make sure everything is registered for you, to make the most of those extended warranties.

GOOD TO KNOW

Good to know before you book

Here are a few things worth knowing ahead of your installation:

We’ll visit before we install

A surveyor will always visit before installation to check your existing system and measurements

Every installation is a bit different

Most installations will only take three to five days, although this can vary depending on size of properties and number of panels

A little prep helps on the day

Make sure the installation area is accessible and clear, and that someone’s around to let our engineer in

Had to call Blue Flame out a week ago to fix a leak we had. We aren't on a service contract so we were delighted that they were able to get an Engineer come out to us that same day. Really happy with the service that Callum G provided. Friendly and thorough. Would recommend 👍🏼. Thanks very much!
