What’s on offer?

Eligible homeowners could qualify for £7,500 towards an air source or ground source heat pump if you’re currently on oil or LPG with no mains gas connection. It’s designed to bring the upfront cost of a heat pump closer to a traditional boiler, with nothing to repay.

We handle the whole process for you: checking your property’s eligibility, choosing the right system for your home, applying for the grant on your behalf, and carrying out the installation as an MCS-accredited installer. You simply pay the balance once the grant’s been deducted.

Friendly and professional engineers. Had a service done and it looks like a slight pressure issue has been resolved along with a noise from the circulation pump! Well happy! Although I think they normally have one engineer for a service, in this case they happened to be together on the day. I'd happily have either one (Ryan or Matt) back if needed regarding my ASHP system.

I’ve hired Blue Flame several times for boilers and plumbing and have always been happy with their work.

Recently they rectified some poor-quality pipework left by a previous builder. Their work was a vast improvement and, during the process, they discovered a cracked sewer pipe the previous builder hadn’t mentioned. By catching this early, Blue Flame saved me from the nightmare of installing a new bathroom only to have to rip it out later to fix a leak.

On one occasion a piece of work had to be redone but I am still happy to give them 5 stars because they took full responsibility and rectified it promptly without any fuss. Also, the staff are consistently knowledgeable, polite and professional. I fully intend to use them for future work.

Excellent service. The receptionist's are extremely polite and helpful. We've started a breakdown cover with them, the Daikin air source heating system was checked and serviced first, Matt the engineer is very knowledgeable and explained everything well. I would highly recommend Blue flame. Thank you guys

Our boiler wasn’t firing up so I called to arrange a visit. However Grant was able to advise via FaceTime. He was friendly and helpful and we were able to resolve the issue.
