Looking after your heat pump, the smart way.
Your heat pump works hard all year round. An annual service is how we make sure it keeps performing the way it should.

HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS
A yearly check-up that pays for itself
Annual servicing of your heat pump is an important part of preventative maintenance. It helps ensure your system is operating safely, correctly and efficiently.
Our MCS-accredited engineers will check everything so that small problems don’t become bigger — and more expensive ones.

HOW IT WORKS
What happens during a service?
Our engineers will inspect the indoor and outdoor units, clean the outdoor fins, check and clean the strainers and filter, along with your heat pump cylinder, settings and valves.
Once the service is complete, we’ll send over a signed job report detailing the results of the test and any comments from the engineer.
