HOW IT WORKS
What happens when I book a repair?
Once your repair is booked, we’ll arrange for one of our qualified engineers to attend and investigate. You will be given a morning or afternoon timeslot and get a text message/email when the engineer is on the way.
They’ll diagnose the fault, explain what’s causing it and talk you through the options before carrying out any repair. Most engineers carry the parts they might need in their van. For the rest, we’ll give you a quote before ordering anything in.

It depends whether any faults are discovered, but you can generally expect it to take around 30 minutes per unit.
The cost depends on several factors including the nature of the problem, as well as the type and age of the AC unit. Our engineers will write up a quote for you before any work happens.
We will book you in for our next available engineer appointment. We will always aim to get to you as soon as we can.
Your engineer inspects the indoor and outdoor units, cleans the outdoor fins, and checks and cleans the filters on all your indoor units, along with the system’s settings and valves.
