HOW IT WORKS

What happens when I book a repair?

Once your repair is booked, we’ll arrange for one of our qualified engineers to attend and investigate. You will be given a morning or afternoon timeslot and get a text message/email when the engineer is on the way.

They’ll diagnose the fault, explain what’s causing it and talk you through the options before carrying out any repair. Most engineers carry the parts they need in the van. For the rest, we’ll quote you before ordering anything in.

Friendly and professional engineers. Had a service done and it looks like a slight pressure issue has been resolved along with a noise from the circulation pump! Well happy! Although I think they normally have one engineer for a service, in this case they happened to be together on the day. I'd happily have either one (Ryan or Matt) back if needed regarding my ASHP system.

I’ve hired Blue Flame several times for boilers and plumbing and have always been happy with their work.

Recently they rectified some poor-quality pipework left by a previous builder. Their work was a vast improvement and, during the process, they discovered a cracked sewer pipe the previous builder hadn’t mentioned. By catching this early, Blue Flame saved me from the nightmare of installing a new bathroom only to have to rip it out later to fix a leak.

On one occasion a piece of work had to be redone but I am still happy to give them 5 stars because they took full responsibility and rectified it promptly without any fuss. Also, the staff are consistently knowledgeable, polite and professional. I fully intend to use them for future work.

Excellent service. The receptionist's are extremely polite and helpful. We've started a breakdown cover with them, the Daikin air source heating system was checked and serviced first, Matt the engineer is very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Our boiler wasn’t firing up so I called to arrange a visit. However Grant was able to advise via FaceTime. He was friendly and helpful and we were able to resolve the issue.
